Privacy information

The planners and browsing

The Kerala destination planner and Alleppey boat chooser run in your browser. Their answers are not sent to our database or saved in browser storage. Kerala.today’s own code does not set cookies or run advertising or third-party analytics scripts.

Loading the site sends ordinary technical requests to ChatGPT Sites hosting, including information such as your IP address, browser information and requested page. The hosting service may process technical and security logs under its policies.

When you send an enquiry

Enquiry delivery is not active. The form cannot currently accept or store messages, and no automated notification email is configured.

The prepared inbox, its spam checks and owner-only access must be activated and verified before submission is enabled. Do not enter sensitive information.

Access and retention

The prepared enquiry inbox is inactive and has no collected visitor messages. Once activated, it is designed for owner-only access, 90-day expiry and bounded deletion of expired records. We will update this information when the service is verified.

Sign-in and external booking links

You do not need a ChatGPT account to read this public guide. The owner dashboard requires separate owner authentication. Enquiry delivery remains unavailable until its activation checks are complete.

Booking links take you to another website, which may receive a normal browser referrer and use its own cookies, accounts and booking processes. Viator booking links include Kerala.today partner and campaign identifiers. The platform may use these and its cookies to attribute eligible bookings under its policies. Chooser answers and enquiry fields are not included in those links. The Civitatis canoe link has no Kerala.today affiliate identifiers.
